আপনার ডেলিভারি কীভাবে কাজ করে

আপনি অর্ডার দিয়ে আমাদের সিস্টেমে প্রসেস হয়ে গেলে, আমরা প্রতিটি পণ্য ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করি যাতে এটি সম্পূর্ণ নিখুঁত অবস্থায় থাকে।

এই চূড়ান্ত পরীক্ষায় পাস করার পর, আমরা আপনার আইটেমগুলো সতর্কতার সাথে প্যাক করি এবং আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের হাতে তুলে দিই। তারা যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব প্যাকেজটি সরাসরি আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দেবে। যদি পার্টনারের আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে বা ডেলিভারির সময় নির্ধারণে কোনো সমস্যা হয়, তারা তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে আপনাকে যোগাযোগ করে সমাধান করবে।

আমরা “ক্লোজড বক্স ডেলিভারি” নীতি অনুসরণ করি। এটি পণ্যের সত্যতা নিশ্চিত করে, আপনার গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করে এবং পরিবহনের সময় কোনো ছিনতাই বা পরিবর্তন রোধ করে।

আমরা আপনার অর্ডার কীভাবে প্যাক করি

আপনার পণ্যগুলো মজবুত কার্ডবোর্ড বাক্সে নিরাপদে প্যাক করা হয়। ভঙ্গুর আইটেম, যেমন বোতল, অতিরিক্ত সুরক্ষার জন্য বাবল র‍্যাপে মোড়ানো হয়। আমরা বাক্সের ভিতরে আপনার ইনভয়েসও রাখি।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৭০ টাকা
• ঢাকার বাইরে: ১২০ টাকা

একটা ছোট নোট: যদি আপনি নির্দিষ্ট কোনো ক্যারিয়ার দিয়ে ডেলিভারি চান, তাহলে চার্জ তাদের বর্তমান রেট এবং শর্ত অনুযায়ী সামান্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়

• ঢাকার ভিতরে: আপনার অর্ডার ১-২ দিনের মধ্যে পৌঁছাবে।
• ঢাকার বাইরে: ডেলিভারি সাধারণত ৩-৫ দিন লাগে।

কখনো কখনো অপ্রত্যাশিত সমস্যা—যেমন পরিবহন বিলম্ব, আবহাওয়া সমস্যা বা রাজনৈতিক ঘটনা—সামান্য বিলম্ব ঘটাতে পারে। এমন হলে আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট টিম তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে আপনাকে জানাবে।

How Your Delivery Works

Once you place your order and our system processes it, we inspect every product thoroughly to ensure it’s in perfect condition.

After it passes this final check, we pack your items carefully and hand them over to our trusted delivery partner. They will deliver the package directly to your address as soon as possible. If the partner has any issue reaching you or scheduling a delivery time, they will contact you immediately to resolve it.

We follow a “closed box delivery” policy. This ensures product authenticity, protects your privacy, and prevents any tampering or changes during transit.

How We Package Your Order

Your products are packed securely in strong cardboard boxes. Fragile items, such as bottles, are wrapped with bubble wrap for added protection. We also include your invoice inside the box.

Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT
• Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT

A quick note: If you request delivery with a specific carrier, the charges may vary slightly based on their current rates and conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: Expect your order within 1-2 days.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery usually takes 3-5 days.

Sometimes, unexpected issues—like transport delays, weather problems, or political events—can cause minor delays. If this happens, our customer support team will notify you right away.
